Thomas Lam brings over a decade of experience building advanced trading and risk systems across leading global investment banks and trading firms. Prior to joining GBM, he held senior technology roles at SMBC Nikko, BNP Paribas, Nomura, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. His expertise spans the full stack of electronic trading infrastructure, including high-frequency trading platforms, algorithmic execution systems, and portfolio trading OEMS solutions.
At GBM Asset Management, Thomas oversees the development and integration of front-office technology, ensuring our portfolio managers benefit from low-latency execution, robust connectivity, and institutional-grade risk controls. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
