Before joining GBM, she held senior roles at MBK Partners, Enfinity Global, and EverStream Capital, where she oversaw Tokyo office management, HR functions, and cross-border coordination with global teams.
Her expertise spans the full spectrum of HR and general affairs, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, vendor management, and compliance. Kyoko is also experienced in facility and project management, having supported multiple office setups and operational expansions.
